Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Inspectsify (inspectsify.co.uk). We provide premium, manual vehicle data and history checks to ensure the highest level of accuracy for our customers.

Because our service involves manual verification and analysis by our experts, our standard delivery time is between 2 to 8 hours from the time of order placement. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Cancellation & Right to Refund (Before Delivery)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and request a full refund, but only if our team has not yet started working on your manual vehicle check.

  • If you cancel within the turnaround window (Before work begins): You will receive a 100% full refund.

  • Once work has commenced: Since our team invests time and incurs direct data costs from official UK databases (DVLA, MIAFTR, etc.) to manually verify your vehicle, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once processing has started.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

We will gladly issue a 100% Full Refund under the following specific circumstances:

  • Late Delivery (Exceeding 12 Hours): If we fail to deliver your manual report within 12 hours of your order placement (excluding cases where we are waiting for additional information from you), you are eligible for a full refund upon request.

  • Double Payment: If our payment gateway charged you twice for the exact same vehicle registration check due to a system or network lag.

  • Inability to Process: If, for any internal reason, our experts are unable to perform the manual check for your specific vehicle, we will cancel the order and refund your money immediately.

3. When Refunds Are NOT Issued

Refunds will not be approved in the following scenarios:

  • Change of Mind (After Delivery): You no longer need the report or bought it by mistake after the manual report has already been completed and delivered to your email.

  • Incorrect Vehicle Details Provided: You provided the wrong vehicle registration mark (number plate) or incorrect VIN number, and our team completed the check based on the details you provided. Please double-check all details before submitting.

  • Information Dissatisfaction: The manual report is accurate and complete according to official UK records, but it did not contain the specific history or outcome you were personally hoping to find.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

If you wish to cancel an order or request a refund based on the criteria in Section 2, please contact our support team as soon as possible:

  • Subject line: Refund/Cancellation Request – Your Vehicle Registration Number

  • Please include: Your full name, order number, and the vehicle registration mark (number plate).

Our support team reviews all requests within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method (Debit/Credit card or PayPal). It usually takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

5. Fair Use and Disputes

We strongly advise customers to contact us directly at support@inspectsify.co.uk if there is a delay or an issue with an order. Raising an unjustified chargeback or dispute with your bank before contacting our support team may result in a permanent ban of your details and IP address from our platform.
