Termination:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end immediately, and any provisions intended to survive termination such as ownership rights, warranty disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability will continue to apply.
Providing you with vehicle checks:
You must be 16 or older to use this site to purchase a vehicle check. To proceed, search for a vehicle and select either the Basic or Full report. You will then be asked to provide your first name, last name, and email address when making payment. Once your payment is received, we will validate the vehicle registration number and charge you after successfully obtaining information from our data provider.
After payment, you will be directed to your report and will receive an email containing a link to access it. Reports remain available for 10 days, after which your name, email, and the report will be deleted. We will provide the report as quickly as possible once payment is received but cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, including delays from third-party data providers. If such delays occur, we will contact you via email.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct email address. If an incorrect email is provided, the report may not be delivered, and we cannot be held liable for any resulting loss, though you will still be charged. Accidental duplicate purchases of the same report are non-refundable.
You may contact our support team via the form on our website for assistance, but we cannot guarantee delivery if the wrong email address was entered. If a report cannot be provided due to issues with our service or third-party data, we will issue a refund through our support pages. Submit your request at https://www.inspectsify.co.uk/ including the vehicle registration number, name, and email address.
If you encounter an error page, please contact our support team and we will assist you. Data is provided by third-party sources and may not reflect the most current information from the DVLA or financial records. No refund or credit will be given if photos of a write-off are expected; these are only available for vehicles that have been officially salvaged.
Our Liability:
The site is provided “as is” without any guarantees, conditions, or warranties regarding the accuracy of the data. The information on the site is sourced from trusted third-party providers who maintain quality assurances for their data. We are not liable for any unforeseeable losses, whether personal or business-related, including injury or death.
Salvage History:
Salvage history is provided through a partnership with a third-party data provider. If a vehicle has been sent to a salvage auction, this will be indicated as “Salvage History” in the report. Photos are included only with salvage reports. If a vehicle is written off but has not been sent to an auction, no photos will be available, and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Third-Party Payment Processing:
Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider via Stripe under the registered account name TECHPRIME CORPORATION.
